:: PANalytical boasts X'Pert analysis

PANalytical's X'Pert Quantify is a complete quantitive analysis package that includes measurement, extraction and correction routines. Able to work independently or in conjunction with other PANalytical XRD software, the package accepts input from peak intensity measurements, integrated area measurements and scans in PANalytical's open XRDML data format, and store quantitative results in an MS Access database. It is also able to evaluate data off-line for extraction and/or analysis of relevant intensities from previously-acquired measurements.
