Combined Company to Expand Focus on Development, Manufacturing and Service of All Crushing Technologies World Wide

FFE Minerals USA Inc. and Excel Crusher Technologies, LLC announce a business combination involving the two companies. Effective September 1, 2005, FFE Minerals of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania acquired a 51% interest in Excel Crusher Technologies, a Pekin, Illinois based corporation. Excel Crusher Technologies designs and manufactures a proprietary line of heavy-duty cone crushers for mining and aggregate operations as well as providing repair, rebuild, and field services for all major lines of cone and gyratory crushers worldwide.

Excel Crusher Technologies will continue to operate as a separate business unit out of both its Pekin, Illinois and Waukesha, Wisconsin locations. Excel Crusher Technologies will expand its focus to encompass the development, manufacturing, and servicing of all of the crushing technologies of both companies including cone crushers, gyratory crushers, minerals sizers, and roll crushers.

This merger was between FFE Minerals USA Inc. and Excel Crusher Technologies, LLC and had absolutely no impact on the ownership of Excel Foundry and Machine, Inc., a Pekin, Illinois based manufacturer and supplier of replacement parts to heavy equipment in the mining and aggregate industries worldwide.
