:: Synside Introduces its new Range of Impact Crushers Under new Ownership

Synside has further improved the SC (SynchroCrusher), which meets the most strict specifications for aggregates and manufactured sand and complies with the demand for increased efficiency. Furthermore Synside introduces new models, the VSSI (Vertical Shaft Stator Impactor), the ASC (Autogenous SynchroCrusher) an SCK’s (Synchro Conversion Kits), which enable their customers to upgrade existing VSI’s with our unique technology.

Since mid 2005, the Synside technology, originally developed by Hans van der Zanden, is owned by Passage de Douro bvba, part of a diversified financial holding company in Hasselt, Belgium. This change of ownership has been decided to allow growth of this unique and proven comminution concept. “We are excited to introduce our new range of crushers based on many years of experience”, said Dieter Bohrmann, president, Passage de Douro. “We are now convinced that with our product know-how we can provide our customers with designs that surpass all other crushers in simplicity and effectiveness and yield a superior crushed product.”

Synside’s new range of crushers - SC, VSSI and ASC - are the only crushers where impact power is generated with a combination in one crusher of stone-on-steel impact and stone-on-stone after treatment, where impact proceeds undisturbed, where impact power is not lost when wear progresses and where the intensity of this impact power can be carefully adjusted within a wide range. Synside Crushers are therefore the answer to meet the most stringent specifications with regard to selection, shaping and texturing.

Synside also offers Synchro Conversion Kits (SCK’s), which makes it possible to convert existing VSI’s into a SC, a VSSI and a ASC.

It is the objective of the PdD-Synside division to market and license worldwide the patented advanced Synchro technology including the SC, the VSSI, the ASC and the SCK’s.

By applying this unique technology; industries including quarrying and aggregates production, mining and minerals processing, construction and civil engineering, recycling and waste management, cement works and coal power plants; will be in a position to comply with their continuous demands for increased efficiency and quality.
