Kolberg-Pioneer and JCI have combined to introduce the Fast Pack portable crushing plant, designed to be the most mobile system available. A complete Fast Pack system consists of a Pioneer Vanguard-style jaw plant as the primary crusher, two JCI three-shaft horizontal screen plants, two JCI Kodiak 400-hp roller-bearing cone crushers for secondary and tertiary reduction, plus conveyors. Optional equipment can include a high-frequency PEP screen for efficient dry screening of fines, or a BTI hydraulic breaker to handle oversize feed.
