:: New MBS Series Rockbreaker System Is An On-Plant Solution For Highly Portable Aggregate & Recycle Applications Breaker Technology, Inc. (BTI) introduces its new, field-proven MBS Series rockbreaker system, an on-plant solution for highly portable aggregate and recycle applications. Unlike conventional boom systems that must be removed from the crushing plant or permanently mounted on a separate trailer, the new MBS Series models are designed to remain on the plant due to an exclusive low profile design, which allows the boom to be lowered flat onto the feeder, below the height of the flywheel for road transportation. An MBS Series boom system is ideal for contractors who seek portable, cost-effective, safe, high-capacity production from site to site. Designed to be installed or retrofitted to new or existing wheeled- or track-mounted crushing plants, MBS Series models are lightweight and low profile, resulting in a significant reduction in mounting and interfacing costs when compared with conventional boom systems. With an ability to be installed in confined spaces, the MBS Series boom system can be mounted to the side of track-mounted crushing plants or between the drive and the jaw on portable plants. The MBS Series comes in two major configurations the MBS and the MBS-H. The MBS is the lighter of the two styles and is designed for recycle and light quarry applications for hydraulic breakers up to 1,100 ft-lb. The MBS-H is designed for hard rock applications with breakers up to 3,000 ft-lb. Breaker Technology, Inc. (BTI) offers a full line of rockbreaker systems, hydraulic breakers and other boom attachments including crushers, shears, compactors and pulverizers. Constructed from high-grade steel, every BTI attachment is engineered for long life, low maintenance and high productivity. The BTI manufacturing operation is located in Thornbury, Canada with sales and service operations in Solon, Ohio and Riverside, California.
