In parallel and often in collaboration, Australian research organisations, university-based research centres, mining companies and equipment manufacturers are having major global innovative, intellectual and commercial impacts on mineral processing and metallurgy.

This certainly includes grinding technology, as discussed by Kyran Casteel in the January/February 2004 issue of World Mining Equipment (pps. 26-27).
