:: A New Crusher With Hi-Tech Strength

Sandvik Rock Processing is set to launch H7800, a new Hydrocone® crusher, which is designed to handle the toughest minerals processing applications in mines and processing plants. With significantly increased capacity and lower production costs, H7800 will provide the perfect replacement solution for outdated crushers in operation worldwide. Its dimensions, design and capacity are specifically adapted to complement and strengthen Sandvik´s existing crusher portfolio.

The launch of H7800 crusher shows that Sandvik is the leading innovator in the field of rock processing taking crusher design technology to new heights. The main advantage of H7800 is that it offers improved performance and capacity in relation to size and weight.

Cost efficiency is a key factor in any crushing operation, and H7800 addresses this issue on several fronts. Using the H7800, operators can significantly increase their production capacity, not only by higher volumes but also by better quality products, significantly saving time and money in the downstream process. Costs for installation and maintenance are low, energy efficiency is optimised thanks to the hi-tech design, and with the "intelligence" provided by the crusher control system ASRiTM, production efficiency can reach levels not previously seen.

These improvements have all been achieved without compromising the recognized robustness of Hydrocone® crushers.
