Sandvik Rock Processing is launching the first of a new crusher series designed especially to meet the needs of contractors within the quarrying and recycling industries. The series is called REAL and the first crusher is called REAL J11.This crusher is ideal for incorporation into crawler or wheel mounted mobile units. Its design is sturdy but lightweight, representing the highest possible quality in relation to price.

REAL J11 has several noteworthy technical features, such as alternative mounting points that enable the crusher to be installed at different inclinations (0 & 5 degrees) to fit an existing chassi's design and a wedge-type setting system with push button control for easy setting regulation. In addition, when buying a REAL J11, the contractor can choose from several pieces of optional equipment according to his requirements. For example; an integrated motor bracket, which saves space, reduces the cost of flywheel protection and ensures that motor and crusher move as a single unit. Pre-bolted and threaded holes make these quick and easy to assemble.
