:: Metso Minerals Extends the Contractor Range

Nordberg LT1110S is a new compact mobile crushing plant with a detachable screen which offers 300mtph-crushing capacity for primary and secondary applications.

Metso Minerals has further extended its Contractor range with the launch of a fourth mobile crushing plant, equipped with a detachable screen module. The track-mounted Nordberg LT1110S is a compact, full process plant that delivers a heavy-duty performance for primary and secondary applications.

Nordberg LT1110S is the fourth contractor range mobile crushing plant from Metso Minerals, equipped with a detachable screen, providing crushing capacity up to 300 tph.

Capable of crushing up to 300mtph, the LT1110S is built around the proven Nordberg NP1110M impact crusher. This robust, hydraulically-driven unit was designed specifically for mobile applications and features a large 1040 x 800 mm (41 x 31 in) feed opening.

Like the larger LT1213S, the LT1110S can operate in an open or closed circuit process. In the closed circuit mode, a return conveyor carries oversize material from the screen back to the crusher. As a result, the unit can produce as a fully Independent mobile process one, exactly calibrated product. A highly intelligent IC500 control system ensures that the entire process runs smoothly.

The LT1110S standard features include a 5m3 feed hopper with hydraulic folding walls, a Nordberg TK9-42-2V vibrating feeder and a 3m (9ft 10in) long x 1.1m (3ft 7 in) wide Nordberg TK11-30S screen. A 250kW (355hp) Caterpillar engine operating at 2100 rpm provides the power.
