Stedman's GS1209 is designed for small production rates and laboratory applications. The new model is designed with similar characteristics as the higher production Grand Slam horizontal shaft impactor, and performs either delumping or uniformed cubical processing with both wet and dry materials.

The GS1209 is available in carbon steel and stainless steel construction and it is also equipped with 4140 heat-treated steel rotor and breaker bars. By having a hinged front side, it allows easy access inside the mill for cleaning. Other options include intake hood (to facilitate better feeding), discharge box or dump hopper, discharge bin, variable speed drive and magnets for magnetic separation. The crusher can also be mounted on wheels.
