:: Tenke Fungurume (Congo) Operations Reviewed The Tenke Fungurume copper-cobalt deposits comprise one of the world's largest known copper-cobalt resources and are capable of being developed into a large scale, long-life mine with low operating costs. The operations are described in the December 2006 issue of International Mining (pps. 28-33), including the processing facility plans, which include standard copper oxide ore treatment technology, including crushing, grinding, acid leaching, SX and EW for production of both copper and cobalt.
