This system - effectively, the next generation of the world-leading LINKman solutions - builds on years of unmatched experience in providing advanced control for the cement industry. It draws on the knowledge accumulated in controlling more than 170 kilns and 70 mills worldwide to deliver a new standard in cement advanced control systems.

Based on this experience a new set of process control modules has been developed and the existing optimizing tools and Neuro-Fuzzy module have been enhanced to produce even more benefits to our customers.

Interfacing for both engineers and operators has been enhanced, with a common user interface offering seamless interoperability with other ABB IndustrialIT products and systems. This results in enhanced user value for the cement industry. ABB OptimizeIT Expert Optimizer minimizes the risk associated with implementing an advanced control system in cement manufacturing, providing the right process control and management tool for optimum performance and maximized returns.
