Papers are invited for presentation at Crushers and High-Pressure Grinding Rolls 08. All papers must be written and presented in English, the official language of the conference.

Themes

There have been many developments in crusher technology and crushing circuits over the last few years, and recently high-pressure grinding rolls have become increasingly important in specialist areas.

This 1-day conference, which initiates Comminution 08, will deal with all aspects of crusher and high-pressure grinding rolls technology, including machine developments, circuits, control and simulation.

The integration of HPGR and similar bed breakage devices into current and future circuits will be of particular interest.

Abstract Submission Short abstracts, of no more than 150 words, should be sent to Dr. Barry Wills by email by the end of December 2007. Draft Papers If accepted, draft papers will be required. These will form the unrefereed Proceedings, which will be available to delegates on CD-ROM at the conference.

Final Papers

Final papers should be submitted no later than one month after the end of the conference. These will be refereed, and, if accepted, published in a special Comminution issue of Minerals Engineering. Corresponding authors will receive one complimentary copy of this special issue. All other delegates may purchase the special issue from Elsevier Science Ltd at a discounted rate.
