Metso Minerals Process Technology - Asia Pacific (MMPTAP) is a group of highly motivated engineers who have extensive experience in process optimisation and process control in the areas of drill and blasting, comminution and flotation. We work hand in hand with industry producing solutions to technical problems that can limit operating performance.

Our Total Process Integration and Optimisation studies encapsulate the mining, comminution and flotation processes and aim to integrate and optimise each process and maximise company profitability. These projects are complemented by a range of instruments, products and services, which are designed to enhance the operation of mining and mineral processes.

• Total process integration and optimisation
• Design of the full comminution and flotation chain, including tradeoff studies involving equipment from within and without the Metso portfolio for Greenfield and expansion projects
• Design, supply and support of comprehensive and advanced control solutions: OCS expert system, image analysis systems for rock fragmentation (VisioRock) and flotation (VisioFroth), acoustic system for AG/SAG mill control, radio frequency tags for ore tracking etc.
• Full suite of commissioning and startup support
• Site and remote optimisation support
• Higher level (principles oriented) engineers and operators training.
