Electrometals Technologies Ltd has received an order to supply EMEW cells to a distributor in Taiwan. While this order is modest in size, it is important because it will be the first EMEW plant for the recovery of copper metal in the electrical Printed Circuit Board (PCB) industry, an important industry in Taiwan and eastern Asia. More than half of the world's several thousand PCB manufacturers are located in the East Asian region.
