The centenary of the invention of froth flotation has been highlighted in the May 2005 issue of Mining Magazine, with an article by J.-P. Franzidis on the integration of science and practice in mineral flotation (pps. 12-17), and an article by Andrew Oakley offering insights into the design of flotation circuit layouts (pps. 18-19).
