:: allmineral Continues Expansion with New Subsidiary Company in India

Just four years after its successful entrance into the Indian market, allmineral GmbH & CO KG is continuing its plans for expansion into India by opening a subsidiary company.

Allmineral Asia Pvt. Ltd. was founded in June 2009 in Kolkata as a joint venture with Jyotirmoyee International Pvt. Ltd. allmineral Asia is now responsible for the marketing, supply, project management and service for all of allmineral’s complete solutions for mineral beneficiation in India and Southeast Asia. From lumps to ultra fines, allmineral provides the right solutions for any particle size and all types of primary and secondary materials, delivering optimal sorting technology.

Sabyasaschi Mishra, the director and principal shareholder of Jyotirmoyee International, will head allmineral Asia, and Dr. Ing. Heribert Breuer, allmineral’s executive director, is the chairman of the new company.

Addressing the new venture, Heribert Breuer comments: "We will meet the ever-increasing demands of our customers in Asia by enhancing our strong presence and raising the level of service and quality even higher. By having our own office in India , we are taking steps to expand our already very successful involvement in Asia".

The benefit to customers is that they have an on-site partner available to deal with everything from raw materials studies to the process design, planning, construction and start up of equipment resp. entire plants. This is made possible by the fact that allmineral Asia has kept on the excellently trained and experienced personnel of Hari Machine’s mineral beneficiation branch", Sabyasachi Mishra explains. "Hari Machines remains the manufacturer of our equipments.« The Duisburg-based company has been successfully collaborating with the Indian manufacturer Hari Machines Limited for a number of years already: Hari Machines produces on-site the systems that allmineral developed for the Asian market. For example, the partners supplied equipment for iron ore processing to the third largest Indian steel company, Jindal Steel & Power Limited, as well as to Brahmani River Pellets Limited, which will process previously unusable raw materials for pellet production with the help of this machinery. This fact is the deciding factor for many customers to choose allmineral’s equipment. Approximately 30 iron and coal processing projects have been carried out in India since 2005 through allmineral and Hari Machines collaboration - a success that once again confirms allmineral’s position as a leading expert in the field of raw mineral processing. Now is the right time for allmineral to strengthen its commitment in India. Worldwide, India has one of the few expanding national economies, with around 7% growth in the current year. Due to its increasing affluence and its demographic development in the coming years (over half of the population is under 25 in India), the densely populated subcontinent will be faced not only with a strong demand for more energy, but also with the Indian steel industry’s constantly growing need for raw materials. For this reason, far-reaching capacity increases in the mining sector are planned. Some of allmineral’s projects include: -allmineral and Hari Machines developed, produced and installed a plant with eleven air-pulsed alljig® jigging machines and four gaustec®-magnetic separators for iron ore processing for the third largest steel manufacturer in India, Jindal Steel & Power Limited. The entire plant’s throughput rate is a total of 11 million tons per year.

Along with Hari Machines, allmineral supplied Brahmani River Pellets Limited, a subsidiary of the British Stemcor Group, with two allflux®-fluidized bed separators and three gaustec® high-intensity magnetic separators. The machines operate as core components of a new processing plant for the production of pellet feed, with an annual performance of 4 million tons in India’s steel and iron center of Orissa. - Global Supply Limited, a member of the Essar Group, ordered four allflux®-fluidized bed separators for its iron ore processing plant in Orissa, which has a throughput of eight million tons per year. - Sree Metaliks Limited is installing an allmineral facility with a throughput of 1.2 million tons per year in its headquarters in Orissa.
