:: Mintek Accredited to OHSAS 18001  

Mintek has been recommended for accreditation to the OHSAS 18001 Safety and Health standard, following a certification audit by Société Générale de Surveillance (SGS) in the second week in August. Successful surveillance audits were also conducted for ISO 9001 (Quality) and ISO 14001 (Environment), and Mintek was recommended for continued certification to these standards.

Mintek now holds certification for Quality (ISO 9001 and ISO 17025) and Environment (ISO 14001), as well as Safety and Health, confirming its commitment to continually strive to deliver high-quality products and services that meet international standards in these areas. Mintek's integrated programme of continual improvement in quality, environment, safety and health is now officially being driven by these standards, and its performance is monitored by international auditors.
