The Award may be awarded from time to time at the discretion of the Board on the recommendation of the Awards Committee, it also may be awarded posthumously.

The award shall be made in recognition of extraordinary and sustained service to The Institute.

The award shall be made irrespective of membership of The Institute.

Closing date for receipt of nominations shall be 30 June
