Proceedings of the October 1999 conference jointly organized by the Chilean Institute of Mining Engineers, the Metallurgical Society of the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum, The Minerals, Metals, and Materials Society of the US, and the Society of Mining, Metallurgy and Exploration (SME) of the US. Volume one (435-6) contains plenary lectures and papers on movement of copper and industry outlook<-- >including economics and finances--and copper applications and fabrication. Volume two (436-4) includes 31 papers related to mineral processing and environment, health, and safety.
