Particulate Systems Analysis 2008
September 2-4, 2008
Stratford, UK

The impetus and trend in many chemical, technological and engineering establishments is to organise inter-disciplinary and joint professional meetings and seminars. The reasoning behind these worthy co-operations is because nowadays, so many scientific, research and industrial development projects require a multi-disciplinary knowledge of chemistry, engineering and technology.

The Particle Characterisation Interest Group [PCIG] of the Royal Society of Chemistry has recognised the diverse particle and powder technological applications encompassed in the chemical, pharmaceutical, biomedical, nuclear, mineral and food and household products industries, the PCIG committee has, once again, become involved in International Particle Characterisation conferences to promote this. The success of the previous PSA conferences, which attracted in the region of 200 visitors and 25 world-wide exhibitors, has prompted the committee of PCIG to organise another conference and exhibition on particle characterisation and powder systems analysis in order to further advance and promote professional development within our industry.

The venue for the 10th PSA 2008 will be a modern, well-appointed hotel within walking distance of the centre of the Shakespearean town of Stratford on Avon. Further details may be obtained from the PCIG Hon Secretary, Mr Ron Buxton or via www.psa2008.co.uk
