:: Separator Alliance

Outokumpu Technology Inc. and UK-based Axsia Mozley Ltd have entered into an alliance covering the sales and distribution of the latter's Multi-Gravity Separation Technology (MGS). The MGS systems can effectively recover fine and ultra-fine particles (less than 5 microns in diameter).

Under the terms of the agreement, Outokumpu will market and distribute the MOS system to customers in defined geographical markets, including North America, Australia and South Africa. According to Peter Michaluk, the managing director of Axsia Mozley's parent company, Axsia Group: "Outokumpu is one of the premier mineral processing technology companies in the world and will provide Axsia Mozley with a much broader market coverage for this exciting technology. Our customers will benefit from improved local sales, services and testing support available through Outokumpu's regional offices."
