:: Norilsk SB2500's Commissioned  

Falcon has announced the commissioning of two Model SB2500's at Norilsk Nickel. RAO (Russian Joint-Stock Company) NORILSK NICKEL is the largest metal company in Russia, and one of the largest metal companies in the world, with significant reserves of nickel, cobalt, copper, and platinum group metals (PGM). Its operations consist of mining, concentrating, smelting, and refining these metals. RAO Norilsk nickel has 20% segment of world market of nickel, more then 40% of palladium, 24% of platinum, 20% of rhodium, 6% of cobalt and 3,5% of copper. Also, at internal market, it has: nickel - 90% segment, copper - 60%, cobalt - 85%, platinum group - 95%.

The units have been installed to scavenge very fine palladium and platinum from final tailings.
