Gekko Systems are delighted to announce their expansion and establishment of a Canadian office. This comes within 8 months of the expansion and relocation of the South African office due to an enthusiastic and open-minded response by the local South African mining community. The South African office was Gekko's first international office and, until now, has been a singular success.

The Canadian office will be established over the next couple of months with the base being in Vancouver. Jennifer Abols, a Metallurgical Engineer with extensive experience in both the Canadian and American mining industries, will head the office up. Jennifer will be spearheading Gekko's sales into the region as well as supporting the customer base that already exists in Canada, North and South America (Argentina and Chile). Key customers who have supported Gekko since their inception in Australia include DeBeers, Avgold, Placer Dome (WAGM), Randgold, Ashanti, AngloGold, and Xstrata.
