:: Jigs in Coal Processing

Coal processing has improved dramatically in the last 20-odd years, and this has been demonstrated at Kumba Resources Ltd's Leeuwpan mine, where the first Batac jig to be installed in a coal application in South Africa has been operating successfully since August last year. The operation of the jig is described in Mining Review Africa, issue 3 (2006), pps. 66-67).
