Your proven experience and results in providing a comprehensive technical metallurgical services with a focus on project work will ensure the continued success of our Heap Leach and Company.

As a critical member of the Processing team and reporting to the Operations Manager, your primary focus will be to deliver a number of projects to site including tailings dam and heap leach pad expansions, dump leaching and feasibility studies. You'll have the support of an experienced and capable metallurgical team on site including line supervision of a Plant Metallurgist.

You'll be responsible for the efficient day to day operation of the Heap Leach facility ensuring that set targets are delivered on time and within budget.

To be successful in the role you must have:

Minimum 5 years metallurgical experience providing expertise in your specialisation, including managing project work Metallurgical/Chemical Engineering degree, with business qualifications The ability to perform under pressure, manage stress, think on your feet, analyse problems and communicate effectively with a wide variety of people The ability to set and manage projects, keep key stakeholders informed of barriers to achieving your milestones and deliver results
