Supervise a team of 8 including 4 direct reports

Not often do you get a combination of technical, project and people management

Continuous improvement of a 35mtpa gold processing facility

Manage lab data, trials and testwork and implementing and monitoring improvements

Technical expertise to grinding, flotation, leaching and recovery circuits

Assisting project teams in planning and preparation of new projects

Come up with strategic plans to achieve production expectations within budget

FIFO - 9:5 roster

Must have a Metallurgy Degree and at least 5 years experience in gold
