Process Superintendent  [Feb.23, 2010]

Location: WA, Australia

Our client, a WA resources developer, is looking to appoint an experienced Process Superintendent to their team to assist run a gold processing operation 120km north west of Kalgoorlie in Western Australia.

You will primarily be responsible for ensuring daily plant operation activities are carried out with a focus on safety and productivity. You will also be responsible for developing, implementing and refining systems, staff rostering and management. Strong gold room experience will be highly regarded.

To be considered for this position you will possess highly developed leadership and management skills. Experience in the production management of mineral processing operations is essential.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the values of integrity, professionalism, safety and well-being, be energetic, enthusiastic and results-driven.

Preferably the successful candidate will reside in Kalgoorlie.
