Our client is an established and ASX listed mining company with mine-sites within WA.

A new opportunity is available for an EXPERIENCED and DEDICATED FIFO Metallurgical Production Superintendent to work on a mine site within WA.

Reporting to the Project Metallurgy Manager, your main duties will include:

• Development of the policies, processes and procedures required for the safe operation of the ore concentrator
• Preparation of all operating manuals required for the concentrator
• Assist with the evaluation of equipment lay-outs to ensure the operability and maintainability of the concentrator
• Assist in the evaluation of staffing requirements to ensure smooth operation of the concentrator
• To assist in the development of operational production and cost budgets
• To assist with the recruitment and initial training of all personnel required for the operational phase of the concentrator.

The FIFO Roster will be 9 on/6 off.

The successful candidate will be degree qualified in Engineering or Metallurgy and will have 5-10 years experience in minerals processing.
