Senior Process Metallurgist  [Apr.25, 2008]

Location: UK

Cleveland Potash Limited, situated in the North Yorkshire Moors is involved in the mining and processing of potash ore for use in the fertiliser manufacturing industry and has an immediate vacancy for a Senior Process Metallurgist to work in the Process Plant.

This role forms part of our succession planning and the successful candidate may be considered for senior operational roles up to and including the position of Plant Manager in the medium to long term future.

You must hold a Metallurgy degree or equivalent, with knowledge of bulk metallurgical processing of ore, maintaining efficient plant operations and process recovery through liaison with operational staff, as well as initiating and leading process R&D projects.

You will be a well motivated individual, having good leadership and communication skills and a sound knowledge of computerised process control systems.
