This established mining house has operations spread throughout Austral-Asia and has an impressive track record of advancing resource projects through to production. This position is based at our clients successful operation in the Pilbara and will see you involved with the upcoming expansion of the plant which is set to revolutionise the current operation.

Reporting to the Process Manager, you will take charge over the metallurgical performance the plant ensuring production rated are maximised and performance and metallurgical budgets are met. You will play a leadership position providing technical advice to the plant metallurgists and support the projects team maximising the long term plant performance.

The successful applicant is likely to have:

• Chemical Engineering or Metallurgical tertiary qualifications.
• Minimum 5 years experience within a metallurgical/process based role.
• Ideally 2 years experience within a base metals operation.
• Valid working entitlement to work in Australia.

This is a superb opportunity to take play a key role in an operation which is undergoing expansion and will provide opportunities to progress to Superintendent level as a result.
