Reporting to the Senior Metallurgist you will be responsible for the initiation, support and implementation of Improvement Projects withint he site's Uranium recovery plant.

As an integral member of the Uranium Recovery Improvement team the Project Metallurgist will provide technical support to the operation by investigating and improving production performance, and delivering on project initiatives. This will include conducting plant and laboratory investigations aimed at improving extraction performance in the USX area and flowsheet development, the outcomes of which will lead to plant trials and flowsheet implementation.

The Project Metallurgist will also take responsibility for reviewing process control strategies, plant condition reports, and ensuring technical notes are completed.

To be considered for this role you will be degree qualified in Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering, and demonstrate a highly developed understanding of either Hydrometallurgical process systems or Process Engineering capabilities in the industrial or manufacturing industry.
