What We Offer:

Starting with an 18 months placement within our Operations organisation, our program is designed to expose you to a global view of the industrial environment whereby you will be encouraged to create solutions, drive change and develop the skills of our people through the completion of 3 key projects. These projects will see you travel to selected sites to implement new ways of working which will raise your profile within Operations to select your eventual and preferred role in the future.

Our Operations group comprises multiple skillsets and roles including process and project engineering, production, operational management, planning, scheduling, maintenance and reliability. The primary work location will be Sibelco's Spruce Pine site in The Netherlands which provides centralized access to our high profile sites and teams.
