Space will be reserved at the conference Hotel, in the area where delegates will break for coffee. Exhibitors at previous Minerals Engineering conferences have found the combined conference-exhibition has provided them with a more relaxed setting than the hurly-burly of a major trade show, and many have found the returns on the cost of their stand to be considerably higher.

The rental rate for an exhibition booth is £1200 and includes:

• 1 3m x 2m exhibition booth (velcro compatible)
• 1 fascia
• 1 company sign
• 1 x 4 amp power point
• 2 x 150W spotlights
• One delegate registration is included in the rental of the booth (please register as an exhibitor on the registration form)
