:: WGI Heavy Minerals Opens Pre-Concentration Plant in Andhra Pradesh
Major Step Toward Production at World-Class Mineral Deposit

WGI Heavy Minerals,Inc. has announced the completion of its pre-concentration (wet process) plant in Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh, India.

"Andhra Pradesh remains the key element in our growth strategy," stated Lindsay Gorrill, President and CEO of WGI Heavy Minerals. "The opening of the pre-con plant represents a tremendous milestone after six years of effort to secure and develop this world-class mineral property."

The Company expects to complete its finished product (dry mill) plant in the fourth quarter of 2004. Consequently, the Company anticipates a major revenue and earnings contribution from Andhra Pradesh beginning in early 2005.
