:: Outokumpu Technology to Deliver a new Copper Concentrator To Kazakhstan

Outokumpu Technology, part of the global metals and technology group Outokumpu, has signed a contract with Russian Copper Company "Russkaya Mednaya Kompanya" for the delivery of a new copper concentrator to Kazakhstan. The total contract value is around EUR 20 million. This contract is continuation for a basic engineering contract, which Outokumpu signed earlier this year for the same project.

Once operational, the new concentrator will treat about 3 million tonnes of ore per year from one of Kazakhstan's largest copper deposits called "50th October Anniversary".
