:: HAZEMAG Supplies 2 Crushing Plants to Brazil

 

HAZEMAG & EPR GmbH received an order from the Brennand Cimentos Group in Brazil for the delivery of two crushing plants for their new cement works in the federal state of Paraiba/Brazil. The order comprises one limestone and clay crusher each.

The limestone crushing plant is designed for a throughput rate of 1500 t/h for the produc- tion of a final product of 95% < 90 mm. A second product of 95% < 50 mm may also be produced, however, with a smaller throughput rate. By means of the hydraulic impact apron control HAZtronic the adjustment from one product to the other may be effected at the push of a button.

The plant consists of the following components:

  • HAZEMAG Apron feeder
  • HAZEMAG Roller screen VARIOwobbler® with adjustable gaps
  • HAZEMAG Primary impact crusher, fitted with the hydraulic impact apron control HAZtronic
  • Discharge belt conveyor

The clay crushing plant is designed for a throughput of 300 t/h for the production of a fini- shed product of 0 - 90 mm. It works according to the principle of crushing in the horizontal material flow with a feeder breaker (see photo below). By means of a chain conveyor the material is almost horizontally fed to the single roll crusher (feeder breaker), by which it is then crushed. The compact plant may be set up without major preparation and is fed by direct loading of the chain conveyor. A hopper or concrete foundations are not required.

The commissioning of both plants is planned for spring 2014.
