:: Retirement of Terry Veasey

One of Birmingham University's (UK) longest serving members of staff, Dr. Terry Veasey, finally gave his last lecture in the Department of Chemical Engineering in December.

Well known to mineral processors around the world, Terry made many friends in the minerals industry, with his easy going nature and great sense of humour.

He plans to spend some of his retirement time consulting on greyhound track surfaces around the UK- a subject very dear to his heart!!

We wish Terry and his wife Pauline a very long and happy retirement.
