The Metallurgical Society of the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum has awarded Kevin S. Fraser the 2003 Sherritt Hydrometallurgy Award "in recognition of his contributions and leadership in the advancement of high-pressure autoclaves in an innovative, safe and economic manner."
