:: Outokumpu Training Manager to Help Customers Optimise Investments in Minerals Processing Technology

A Customer Training Manager has been appointed by Outokumpu Technology Pty Ltd to help customers maximize the value of their investment in minerals and metals processing technologies. Ms Frankie Standley will head the training department of the company’s Australian Service Centre, providing customers with dedicated off- and on-site training. Strong growth within Outokumpu in Australia has led to the creation of this position to develop and promote customer training.

"This key appointment reflects the expansion of the application of Outokumpu technologies throughout Australia and South-East Asia," said Outokumpu Technology Managing Director, Neil Jagger.

A professional engineer previously responsible for the national marketing and management of electrical distribution products, Ms Standley will be based in Sydney but will spend considerable time at customer operations.

According to Ms Standley, her new role will be a very hands-on position in which customer liaison will be a priority. Through this approach she aims to gain a thorough understanding of individual client needs and to tailor training programs to best reflect these needs.
