:: Mike Adams Sets up New Consulting Metallurgical Company

Dr Mike Adams has recently set up a company covering metallurgical consulting, project development, testwork management and plant assessment.

Mike has over twenty years of diverse international technical and managerial experience in conjunction with development or assessment of metallurgical projects including nickel/cobalt/copper, gold, platinum group and rare metals. His recent roles included Project Manager of complex integrated autoclave pilot-plant campaigns for definitive feasibility studies – Ravensthorpe Nickel (BHP Billiton, Australia), Niquel do Vermelho (CVRD, Brazil), Tati Nickel (Lionore, Botswana). He is accredited as a Chartered Professional (Metallurgy) and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.

Mike is currently editing a book entitled ‘Advances in Gold Ore Processing’, to be published by Elsevier late 2004.
