:: Staff Changes at AMIRA
AMIRA international is currently recruiting a new research director for North America to replace Toronto based Andrew Marchbank who has resigned for personal reasons.
Pending appointment of a replacement, AMIRA’s Chief Operating Officer Paul Greenhill has moved to Toronto to run the North American operations, particularly focussing on the project generation activities with researchers initiated by Andrew.
However, the ranks of our RDs have been bolstered by the return of David Nairn who joined us as part-time AMSRI project manager and is now a full time Research Director. He replaces David Stribley who has taken up a senior position in industry.
David Stribley’s full range of project activities will eventually be transferred to the Brisbane-based research director who is currently being recruited.
We also welcome aboard Helen Sutherland, as Project Assistant, working with Bob Howard at the Perth, WA, office. Carolyn Linane also joins us as Project Assistant based In Melbourne. She takes over from Kate Bowman who is moving to Sweden.
