:: Award for Juan Yianatos

Prof. Juan Yianatos, of the University of Santa Maria, Chile, has been awarded the City Council Award on Sciences and Technology 2001, conferred by the City Council of Valparaiso, Chile. This award is founded on strong team work with colleagues from national and international institutions.

Prof. Yianatos thanks all his colleagues and friends who have contributed to the success of his research work, through their support, criticism and helpful technical discussions, as well as the opportunities to access industrial facilities.
