:: World's Largest Capacity Coal Centrifuges The field of coal dewatering has been revolutionised by Ludowici MPE with the introduction of arguably the world’s largest capacity coal centrifuges. The result of extensive research & development, the HFC1300 and VM1650 Centrifuges provide unsurpassed capabilities in the categories of fine and coarse coal dewatering. The HFC1300 is a horizontal centrifuge system for fine coal application. Aside from increased capacity, the HFC1300 also features Cyclodrive technology which eliminates the need for a traditional gearbox. This ensures less fatigue during operation, leading to longer drive mechanism life. The VM1650 is the world’s largest capacity centrifuge for coarse coal dewatering application. The new machine is similar in design and appearance to LMPE’s flagship VM1500 Centrifuge. The VM1650’s unique structural configuration, however, creates increased throughput while ensuring machine footprint and dimensions remain at a suitable level. The HFC1300 and VM1650 continue Ludowici MPE's commitment towards the manufacture of high quality, low maintenance centrifuge machines. Both units are currently undergoing extensive testing prior to full release.
