GL&V is pleased to announce that its subsidiary GL&V Australia Pty Ltd., (Sydney, Australia) has been awarded a contract valued at more than Cdn $10 million by Inco Ltd., for the supply of Dorr-Oliver Thickener/Clarifier Mechanisms for their Goro Nickel Project located 60 Km east of Nunea in New Caledonia. The supply would include six (6) C.C.D. Thickener Mechanisms, two (2) Partial Nuetralization Thickener Mechanisms, one (1) Partial Nuetralization Clarifier Mechanism, one (1) Cobalt Thickener Mechanism, one (1) Effluent Thickener Mechanism and one (1) Effluent Clarifier Mechanism. These units will have special features to meet design requirements of Incos PAL process for the production of nickel and cobalt. The mechanisms are scheduled to be delivered by April 2003.
