:: Sherlock Bay BioHeap Agreement

Pacific Ore Technologies, a subsidiary of Titan Resources, has agreed to licence its BioHeap^TM bacterial leaching process to Sherlock Bay Nickel Corp (SBNC - previously Central Kalgoorlie Gold Mines). SBNC will use the technology at its Sherlock Bay nickel-copper-cobalt project in Western Australia. Pacific Ore Technologies will work closely with SBNC on the design and operation of the plant, and has also agreed to make available the data generated during its four-year pilot plant campaign at Radio Hill. Sherlock Bay contains a measured resource of 9.0 Mt at about 0.52% nickel. Recent testwork carried out by Pacific Ore Technologies resulted in a 91.6% nickel recovery in a relatively short leaching time of 37 days.
