:: Minopex to Manage Letseng Minopex has been awarded the contract for the management, operation and maintenance of the processing facility at Letseng diamond mine in Lesotho. The mine, though small by international standards, will increase Lesotho’s exports by 10% and make a significant difference to the country’s GDP. DRA (Dowding, Reynard and Associates) was responsible for designing and building the plant. DRA, was responsible for designing and building the 350t/h DMS (dense medium separation) plant, which Minopex operates 24x7. It is fully enclosed to accommodate the extreme weather conditions prevalent on the Maluti mountain range. The plant complex includes primary crushing and scrubbing, secondary crushing and re-crushing, 800mm cyclones, wet x-ray recovery and integrated workshops and stores. Contact:
